In order to sell his services through a limited company (and thus qualify for the tax advantages this brings) he would need to have more than one source of income. Perhaps the law has been changed since then but, if not, how can it be lawful for Barnet to pay <i>de facto</i> staff through a service company if 100% of their fee income comes is derived from the council?<br /><br />Also, the regulations should be tightened in order to prohibit any statutory officer positions (e.g. s.151 Officer) being held by people who are not employees on the payroll.Don't Call Me Davehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13602899129846028170noreply@blogger.com
